Some traditions can’t be stopped – the roses in the sky!
With the State of Ohio’s constantly changing guidelines, it was challenging to find a safe solution. What resulted was as close to a traditional Wyoming graduation as possible during a socially distant pandemic.
A huge round of applause goes to the district and high school administrations who spent not only two LONG DAYS individually graduating all 162 seniors, but they also spent an additional evening enjoying the valedictorian and salutatorian speeches – all while “Pomp and Circumstance” played on a constant rotation. Every seniors’ graduation was filmed, and the entire ceremony will be edited together for all families to have as a keepsake.

The result of all that hard work and long hours was that every single senior got their moment – they walked the traditional graduation walkway, they heard their name read aloud, they received a diploma. They felt appreciated. They felt accomplished. They felt honored.
Congratulations, Class of 2020!
Ready for their last walk through Wyoming High School with their facemasks were Evan Hagenauer, Sam Steed, and Sam Bowden.
Chris Izenson is now ready for his next journey – onward to Bowling Green State University!
Congratulations to Wyoming valedictorian Ken Chen and salutatorian Victory Lee!
