There’s no question that these have been strange times dealing with COVID-19 restrictions, and while the month of May might seem like eons ago, it was just a few short weeks past in our rear view mirrors! So many protocols for safe distancing were still in formation at that point that trying to figure out the best way to celebrate important life transitions was totally up in the air, right?
Well, speaking of up in the air...Indian Hill resident Lynn Carson found a beautifully creative way to celebrate that first major life transition if you’ve got kids: graduating from pre-school! Creative Tots, located on Laurel Avenue in Madeira, is home base for many Indian Hill preschoolers who needed a great send-off.

Since in-person get-togethers were not yet authorized by local and state municipalities, drive-by graduation ceremonies were the best way to go. Creative Tots literally took it over the top with a beautiful balloon tree that looked like a fairy-tale version of a gumdrop tree. Colorful, exotic, extravagant, excellent…all the way!
Families were invited to do a “drive-through” with teachers and staff greeting their students and families in a fun and joyous way that will surely provide some special memories for years to come.
