Around Town: Wyoming July 4 Celebrations

The hardworking City of Wyoming employees did not take the day off for the Independence Day holiday – they worked extra!  From the morning parade to the Muddy Pig to the annual fireworks show, the celebration lasted ALL. DAY. LONG. Many thanks to all those that submitted photos of fun the day!

Jennifer Goodin and Jennifer Eismeier twirled their way to a first-place victory at the parade – with a little help from their friends!

Wyoming kids love this parade – if you were in the parade, you threw candy. If you watched the parade, you got candy.  Win-win!

The Fent family dog showed her spirit!

The Wyoming Seadragons marched with energy!

Wyoming Swordfish coaches led their swimmers and divers OUT of the water this early morning.

The classic fire engine from the Wyoming Fire Department was a crowd pleaser.

Muddy Pig was a mess – but a fun mess.

Thanks to Brenda Price for capturing great photos of the July 4 night sky.
