Cincinnati Sports Club Hosts Open House and Wellness Expo For Community

Learn about personal health and wellness at the Cincinnati Sports Club Open House and Wellness Expo.
The Cincinnati Sports Club (CSC) is celebrating its 28th anniversary as a proud member of Cincinnati’s east side community.  The entire community is invite to commemorate this occasion at a free Open House and Wellness Expo on Saturday, February 10th from10 a.m.-2 p.m.

This Expo is a great way to see one of the Midwest’s finest clubs that is experiencing steady growth, while continually enhancing the member experience as part of Club Vision 2025, a plan driven largely by feedback from both its members and professional advisory boards. Recent club improvements include 114 additional parking spaces, making it much more convenient for members to access the Club; a new indoor warm-water pool to compliment the existing indoor salt water lap pool; a redesigned group fitness suite featuring three studios, including a dedicated spin studio; a year-round outdoor fitness facility and much more. The club’s mission is to help members lead an active life through quality service, personalized care and constant improvement.

Information on the Club’s HMR Weight Management Program  will be available.
Says Phil Norton, Cincinnati Sports Club Business Unit Manager, who has been with the Club more than a decade, “Since we are locally and privately owned and operated, our owners match every membership initiation dollar and reinvest it in the Club on an annual basis. For this reason we are able to fulfill our mission and provide our members with an ever-changing facility which includes numerous enhancements each and every year. When they attend our Wellness Expo and Open House, Greater Cincinnatians will see firsthand why we are much more than a fitness facility. We are, in fact, a hybrid club, combining the best parts of a health club, wellness facility, rec center and social club, an experience they won’t find anywhere else in town.”

He adds, “Those who tour the Club during the Open House will receive a gift certificate for a free 30-minute massage at Tonics Spa, located on the 2nd floor of the Club. I encourage everyone visiting our facility to be sure to ask about the new service offerings the Club has available to both members and non-members, including our new ‘Massage of the Month’ program at Tonics Spa and our extremely popular nationally recognized HMR Weight Management program.  Our in-house Wellness Clinician, Victor Troha, (DPT, NPT, Level 4 Certified Personal Trainer and registered Nutritional Therapy Practitioner), who specializes in therapy and personal training at the Club, will be on hand to greet people and answer any questions they might have about all aspects of personal health and wellness.  We like to think of him as our ‘one-stop guide to better personal health.’”

Now in its 28th year, and locally owned and operated, Cincinnati Sports Club boasts 110,000 square feet of interior space that has grown steadily across 15 sprawling acres at 3950 Red Bank Road in Fairfax, Ohio. It is accessible by three street entrances – at 3950 Red Bank Road, 5535 Murray Avenue and 3939 Virginia Avenue. For more information about the Cincinnati Sports Club, or this free event, visit www.CincinnatiSportsClub.com
